BACKGROUND

John G. Davies, Architect, Incorporated is the holder of an Ontario Association of Architects Certificate of Practice. We are licensed to provide architectural services in the Province of Ontario, and by extension, the Territories of Nunavut and Yukon.

We are a non-traditional architectural design, construction administration and contractual consulting company that provide services throughout Canada to lawyers, insurance companies, owners, contractors and other parties in relation to architectural, construction and related contractual litigation/claims including:

• Adjudication, Arbitration, Mediation, Negotiation, and Fairness Monitoring
• Forensic analysis and evaluation
• Origin and cause investigations
• Professional liability and related errors and omissions matters
• Design, construction and construction administration related claims analysis
• Building science, constructability and technical evaluations
• Code and bylaw issues
• ‘Front-end’ consultation and consulting services relating to Stipulated Price, Design-Build, Construction Management, Cost-Plus, Unit-Price and other speciality methods of contract bidding, proposals and procurement
• Independent 3rd Party peer review and project compliance verification
• Independent 3rd Party Neutral Evaluation, Expert Determination, Project Neutral and Dispute Resolution Board participation
• The preparation of Expert Reports
• The delivery of Expert Witness services at trial
